REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN!
Thank you for your interest in our school! We look forward to having your child join us for the 2025-26 school year. Our program offerings and tuition rates can be found at the link below.
We will be using Brightwheel for online registration. The information contained below is intended to guide you through the registration process. Please contact the office at elc@mpc-va.org with any questions.
1) Please use this link: New Student Registration to register your new student. Please note YOU MUST CREATE A BRIGHTWHEEL ACCOUNT to proceed with the registration process. If you are registering a sibling of a current student, you can use your existing Brightwheel account login information. If you have a Brightwheel account from a different center and want to use the same email, please contact the office for additional instructions.
2) Please complete the online registration form. We will be using the email provided to communicate additional enrollment requirements over the summer, so please make sure you use the email address where we can be sure to reach you.
3) Once the completed registration form is received, the registration fee of $100 will be billed to your Brightwheel account. Your registration is not complete until the fee is paid. You can choose to pay online, or bring cash/check to the office. Please note there are minimal processing fees associated with any online payment.
4) Upon completion of the registration form and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your child’s spot for the 2025-26 school year.

Our Mission
The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a valued ministry of Manassas Presbyterian Church (MPC). In our programs, each child is viewed as an individual person with needs that are unique to him/her. We strive to recognize and meet the needs of each child.
We will work to provide experiences that will enrich and enhance each child’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. Your child will come to know him/herself as a part of a group and learn the balance of independence and interdependence.
To enable the accomplishments of these objectives, we provide a “rich in experience” classroom environment that is open, loving, supportive, and nurturing. This will allow your child to develop a positive self-concept, knowing that he/she is a precious child of God.
Manassas Presbyterian Church Early Learning Center (MPC ELC) is registered as a Religiously Exempt Child Day Center with Virginia Department of Education. A volunteer Board of Directors and a paid Director manage it. A teacher and an assistant teach each class.
